What the judge said: "A queue of Barbie Dolls. Really love the interpretation of the brief, bending away from the actual BBQ, while taking an image that sounds just like it when vocalised. Actual images would not have won any prizes on quality, but the artistic interpretation was an immediate winner. Made me laugh."
2nd place photographer:
What the judge said: "Young gentleman camping with BBQ, single gas ring, tent and van in background. Would have been 1st if the Barbie Dolls had not been entered. Simple, uncluttered photo with all the elements of a BBQ, without anything to distract. Photograph taken from nice, low positioning, so as not to distort view."
