Please use one of the attached forms to create your booking (for Community Centre and/or equipment use).

Once completed, the forms should be sent to our Bookings Secretary, manually or emailed.

Once confirmed your booking will be added to our Calendar and you will be invoiced.

If your booking is a private event, details will not be published but simply labelled as a Private Event.

Our Community Centre has equipment and facilities available for visitors with various special needs. Further work is either in hand, the subject of grant applications for help with funding or is in the planning stage.

Please let us know your requirements before you book. We would be happy to advise on any specific queries.

Arrival, parking

The Community Centre has three designated disabled parking spaces immediately outside the Centre entrance.

Entrance to the Centre from these parking spaces is flat and suitable for use by wheelchair. Entrance into the Centre's foyer has a small sill. The swing doors allow wheelchair access; however the right hand side door only opens ca. 90°, not 180°.

Thereafter all facilities within the Centre are flat.

Hearing loop

A modern hearing loop incorporated into the Centre's PA - sound system is available for use.

Disabled toilet

A disabled toilet is available and is accessed from the foyer-entrance to the Centre. All-round access to the toilet is not available with the right hand wall facing the toilet ca. 50cm from the toilet.

The toilet has been painted with contrast colours allowing easier use for the visually impared.

Emergency access

Upgrade to one of the emergency exits is the subject to grant funding. The only wheelchair access is via the Centre's main entrance.
